  How does Orthogramic pricing work?

  Our pricing is usage-based. Pricing is based on the number of frame exports. A screen is a webpage or a frame in Figma. You can always purchase more as you grow your business.

  How will I be charged?

  Orthogramic subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly plans are billed every month on the day it was purchased. Annual plans are billed every year anniversary of the day it was purchased.

  Do you have a free plan?

  Yes! You can try Orthogramic for 14 days before committing to a plan. This gives you the chance to evaluate whether Orthogramic is a good fit for you.

  What forms of payment do you accept?

  We support payment through credit cards. If you require other forms of payment, contact us.

  Can you invoice me?

  Yes! We are happy to offer invoicing with any of our plans.

  Can I cancel my plan at any time?

  Yes, you can cancel at any time and use your plan’s features until the end of the billing cycle.

  Where can I see a breakdown of my team members and costs?

  You can manage your team contributors and viewers from the team settings. You can add or remove team members at any time.

  Is my data secure?

  Yes, Orthogramic adheres to SOC2 standards, ensuring your data is secure. We use advanced encryption and security practices to protect your information and maintain compliance with industry standards.

  Can I change plans after I purchase?

  Sure, go to your settings, choose plan and billing, and change your plan. You will only be billed the difference between the plans.
